How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within our usual processing window. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by PIN code and courier load. You will receive updates by SMS or email when your order is dispatched.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to serviceable PIN codes pan India. If couriers cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund as applicable.

What payment options are available?

We support prepaid options at checkout where configured, including UPI and cards. Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and locations — you will see it in checkout if it applies to your order.

What if my idol arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will help with replacement or refund according to our shipping and returns policy.

How should I care for brass idols?

Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. For tarnish, use a mild brass cleaner or traditional home methods suited to your practice — avoid harsh scrubbing that can harm fine details. Dry completely after any wet cleaning.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order is not yet packed or dispatched, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order ID. Once shipped, changes follow courier and returns process.
